Sandra oversees the Company's business start up and enterprise/social enterprise support activity, and manages a team of Enterprise Advisors based at Employment House.
Mike Murray
Project Manager
Based at the Taboo site on Holderness Road, Mike manages our youth provision targeted at motivating, empowering and re-engaging 13 to 16 year olds.
Donna Jackson
Contract Manager
The Contract Manager for Grow: Employment Sustainability, Donna and her team are based in the Top Pod at the Freedom Centre.
Sue Balthazar - Project Manager
Based at Head Office, Sue is responsible for the Probe Direct services delivered from the offices on Southcoates Lane and Greenwich Avenue, along with all the outreach job search support services based within East Hull Customer Service Centres. Sue also manages the Employer Engagement services.
Adrian Fisher - Project Co-ordinator
Food 360, our exciting local food project, is delivered by Adrian and his team based in the Top Pod at the Freedom Centre, Preston Road.
Vicky Holbeck - Project Manager
Based at our Stalybridge Avenue site, Vicky manages the employability skills and Skills for Life training delivered by the Company. Vicky is also manager of Probe's Youth services.
Tracey Penrose - Finance & Payroll Manager
Based at Head Office, as head of the section, Tracey is responsible for all finance and payroll activity for the Company.
Pam Watson - Project Manager
Pam manages Probe’s Community Safety & Environmental provision from the Marfleet Lane site, and also oversees the successful delivery of the FJF and LWG contracts.
