SKILLS AND TRAINING

Probe Training was established to provide access to employment and training opportunities for the residents of Hull and has since developed into an extremely well used venue with high levels of achievement for engaging, supporting, retaining and progressing individuals in a variety of programmes.

Probe Training offer both full time and part time programmes designed to improve the skills of local people to help them to gain employment.  Training offered includes:

• Numeracy training and qualifications
• Literacy training and qualifications
• Employability skills/training and qualifications which includes CV Guidance, Job Applications, Letter Writing and Interview Techniques

Probe has obtained a number of contracts to deliver training which will be delivered over the coming years and which will continue to support the City's Learning Strategy.

All training is delivered on a flexible basis with training programmes tailored to meet the needs of each individual ensuring that those who find it difficult to commit to a rigid programme can easily access the services available.
