Corporate Social Responsibility is another term for how employers and businesses contribute towards the economic development of their own communities and how they adopt progressive policies relating to recruitment, environmental good practice and interactions with the local community.

Probe will support small to medium enterprises (SMEs) to develop these progressive policies and to help in the implementation of local recruitment.
